On Sunday, 19 September 2021, at 15:10 hours, the Tajogaite Volcano erupted in the municipality of El Paso, on Cumbre Vieja ridge. After 85 days of destruction, the visible signs of the eruptive process ended on December 13th, being officially considered ended just a few days later, on December 25th. Now that tourism on the island is slowly returning to normality, we would like to help you to discover the youngest territory of Spain where, once again, volcanoes generate opportunities for our Beautiful Island and our people.
